How do I download and install my digital products?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a unique download link. You can manage and install all your libraries through the dedicated Spitfire Audio Desktop App.
What are the system requirements for your audio libraries?
Most of our products require a modern Mac or PC with at least 8GB of RAM and a dedicated SSD. Specific requirements for Kontakt versions or standalone plugins are listed on each product page.
Can I return a digital product for a refund?
Due to the nature of digital software and license keys, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or registered. Please contact support if you experience technical issues.
Can I use these sounds in commercial music projects?
Yes, all our libraries come with a royalty-free commercial license. You can use them in film scores, advertisements, and music production without paying additional fees.
Do you offer educational discounts for students and teachers?
We provide a 30% discount to eligible students and educators. You can apply through our Education page by submitting proof of your current academic status.
Is an internet connection required to use the software?
An internet connection is required for the initial download and license activation. Once installed and authorized, most libraries can be used offline.
