Due to the digital nature of our software products, we offer a 14-day return period for orders that have not yet been downloaded or activated. Once a product has been registered to your account, it is generally ineligible for a refund unless a technical fault is present.

Submit a formal request through our support portal including your order number and the specific reason for the return.
License Review
Our technical team will verify the status of your serial keys and deactivate any pending licenses associated with your account.
Receive Refund
Once the deactivation is confirmed, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
